Hockessin Athletic Club and Wellness Center Hockessin, DE Rubeling & Associates provided design/build services with Peri Construction for this 119,000 sf, 2.5-story fitness / recreation / community center in northern Delaware. The facility includes workout center, aerobics and yoga classrooms, day spa, daycare, ball courts, and three swimming pools. A parking garage is part of the project for use by the facility and park visitors. The completion was on schedule and within the $15 million budget.
