After familiarizing our design team with the environment and weather of the area, which is bordered by rain forest and the Sahara Desert, the building design evolved into a facility incorporating “modern” sustainable elements including a rain collection system for drinking water, solar orientation, and cross ventilation of prevailing winds for sufficient cooling.
