The effectiveness of all learning environments can be enhanced through interior design. Studies have shown that color increases test scores by stimulating thought, reducing blood pressure, and energizing motivation. Environment also improves memory skills as 80% of students remember what they experience. The ultimate goal of interior design for all education facilities is to create learning spaces that advance student success.

| Rubeling & Associates designed the gut and complete renovation of this 12,000sf, two story stone building dating back to the 1880s. Programming and space planning opened up the building’s “rabbit burrow” of offices and hallways, while lighting, color and finishes added energy to this once dark, now active, student facility. The project was completed for $1.75 million.
