Entering a doctor’s office or hospital is often a stressful experience. But a welcoming environment can put the patient and family at ease. Accessibility, colors, textures, and even the amount of separation between waiting and examination areas can offer a sense of comfort and confidentiality. Combined with the special needs of physicians and staff for patient flow, durability, and efficiency of space, Rubeling & Associates’ medical facility designs have proven to be both patient friendly and staff supportive.
