A Master Plan demonstrates for current and future generations, the direction, care and forethought given towards growth and service. It is not a document to be shelved, but utilized as a “living” vision. Assembled in an organized fashion, summarizing spatial programs while stipulating costs and phasing over time, a well thought out Master Plan ensures a desired quality of life for all.

The Catholic Center Baltimore, MD Rubeling & Associates developed a master plan for the 8-story, 65,000 sf Archdiocesan Center in Baltimore City. Our objective was to survey and configure the needs of 29 departments and develop a master plan for renovating the 40-year-old facility that would accommodate present as well as projected future needs of each department.
