Assembled in an organized fashion, summarizing spatial programs while stipulating costs and phasing over time, a well thought out Master Plan ensures a desired quality of life for all.

St. James Academy Monkton, MD Three Master Plans have been completed over the 20-year relationship with this rural private elementary and middle school. Projects include a 10,000sf multi-purpose addition, Fine Arts / Science wing, and 18,000sf library and classroom addition.
