A Master Plan demonstrates for current and future generations, the direction, care and forethought given towards growth and service. It is not a document to be shelved, but utilized as a “living” vision. Assembled in an organized fashion, summarizing spatial programs while stipulating costs and phasing over time, a well thought out Master Plan ensures a desired quality of life for all.

St. Timothy’s Parish Walkersville, MD Substantial growth since our completion of their church in 1995 prompted the need for an updated Master Plan. The new Plan called for expansion of the sanctuary to the west and south, Parish offices and conference rooms connected to the church, and a large multi-purpose / gymnasium space. More parking and the inclusion of a plaza were also planned.
